Hey, I’m Marielle. 👋🏼

I’m a Product Designer from Toronto, Canada, currently based in Atlanta, Georgia. I have four years of accumulated experience in product design through two years of full-time, consecutive internship terms at Mailchimp, and two years of freelance, hackathon competition and mentorship program experience.

I pivoted from Journalism to Interaction Design, and the non-linear journey has gone pretty full-circle so far. It’s why my passions are rooted in people, meaningful connections and cohesive narratives. They drive me to craft intentional, intuitive, delightful and thoroughly thought-out digital experiences. The strong personal affinity for visual design is the fun part for me! ✨

My primary areas of specialty are Visual Design, Product Design and Product Strategy. I’m also confident and comfortable diving into spaces of practices that inform and guide the above processes; Market Research, User Research, User Testing, Creative Workshop Facilitation, Data Synthesis, Data Visualization and Cross-Functional Collaboration.
